» by ordering from me, you agree to all the terms mentioned below.

♡ process ♡

» i will start the order after the full payment.

» i will send you the drawing process (WIPs) for the client approval, and make any changes the client want.

» estimated time: 1 month.

» rush fee will be + 50% to the base price. The drawing will be finished in 5-7 days.

» i will draw: OCs, fanarts, real people, kemonomimi, semi-NSFW ( lingerie, etc), slight gore, etc. Ask me for questions.

» i will not draw: furries, heavily NSFW, extremly muscular bodies, high-realism.

» the artist retain all rights of their work, being able to include the commissioned artwork on portofolios, commission sheets, online pages, etc.

» the artist may decline any commission if they don't feel confortable with the order.

» the client retain rights to the Intellectual Property.

» the client may use the commissioned artwork for their personal purposes.

» the client may edit the drawing as they want, but not remove the signature.

» the client CANNOT claim the artwork as their own.

» the client may credit the artist (it is highly appreciated).

» payment will be made via PayPal or Ko-fi in $USD or €EURO (preferable EURO in cases of European commissioners).

» payment must be upfront before any order is started.

» refunds are not avaliable if the drawing has been started.

» the price for commercial purposes will increase 50%.

» commercial use fee is included only in Live 2D commissions and Twitch commissions.

» the client retain all the rights written above.

» the client CANNOT use the design for profit (merchandising, etc.).
